Use the "Exit" Action
In this post, you'll learn how to easily use the 'End' action in the Marketing Cockpit. This will conclude your campaign, and the contact will exit without triggering any further actions.
When a contact reaches the end of a campaign, they will remain active. If you don’t want to add further actions and want the contact to exit, use the 'Exit' action.
To properly conclude a campaign, always place the 'Exit' action as the last step in a branch to ensure no further actions are triggered.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- At the end of your campaign in the Marketing Cockpit, click on → Add Action.
- Select the → Exit action. The campaign is ended at the exact point of the "Exit" action.
The action can be used at the end of any number of branches.
