Step-by-Step Instructions

Setting Up the Campaign and Start Condition

  • Begin by Creating a Campaign with the start condition → Contact Can Receive SMS.
  • Click on → Add New Condition  in the start condition section.
  • Select in the drop-down menu → Status  Contact Can Receive SMS.
  • Save the condition by clicking → Save.

Adding and Configuring the “SMS” Action

  • Click on the plus sign below the start condition and select → SMS.
  • Assign a name to the action for easy identification.
  • Choose an existing SMS or create a new one. Customize the message as needed.
  • Save the action by clicking → Save.
