You can use the “Go To...” action to create targeted campaign loops. However, a contact only runs through the loop once as long as there are no changes.

The “If... Else...” action is used to check whether something has changed – only then can the contact run through the loop again. Such a change can be, for example, an adjustment in the master record or an action such as → opened  or → clicked.

How to Add and Configure the “Go to” Action in Your Campaign

  • Open your campaign in the Marketing Cockpit.
  • Click on the + symbol after the action, followed by the “Go to” action
  • Then select →  Go to.
  • Click on the blue-bordered arrow at the bottom of the “Go to” action. Hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse cursor to the desired destination.
  • Alternatively, you can define the destination via the drop-down menu. To do so, click on the “Go to” action.
  • Finally, click →  Save.
