With the “Email Notification“ action, you can receive real-time updates on specific actions, such as when a customer clicks on a link or reads your email, directly to your inbox.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Create an “Email Notification” Action in the Marketing Cockpit

  • Open your campaign in the Marketing Cockpit.
  • Click the → + Icon below your chosen action.
  • Select the → “Email Notification” action.
  • Name the action and select a previously created notification. Alternatively, you can create a new notification by clicking the → Create  button.
  • Enter a specific email address or select → Automatically based on tags (sender profile)  to choose a recipient based on tags. This is useful, for example, if specific sales employees need to be assigned to certain customer groups.
  • Finally, click → Save  to create and save the new action.

The "Email Notification" action helps you receive relevant information in a timely manner. This way, you stay up-to-date and can respond quickly.
