Use the Contact History to Optimize Your Campaigns

Step-by-Step Instructions

Viewing Contact History

  • Navigate in the menu to → Contacts  Manage Contacts.
  • Click on the contact whose history you want to view.
  • Open the → Contact history  tab.
  • You will now see the history or email history of your recipient. You can see which emails your contact has received or opened and at what time.

Adding Custom Entries

  • You can also add a user-defined entry to your contact's history.
  • Enter the text under → Create Entry  in the → Comment  field.
  • Then go to → Save.
