Simplify Team Management with KlickTipp Subaccounts

Efficient team management is essential for email marketing success. KlickTipp’s subaccount feature helps you assign roles to team members. This ensures better collaboration and improved security. Follow this guide to create and configure subaccounts with ease.

Please note that this feature is only available with the Enterprise Version.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Go to → AccountSettings  and click → User Account.
  • Scroll down to the → Subaccounts  section of the page.
  • Click on → Create Subaccount.
  • Enter a name for the subaccount. The part before the hyphen (the user name of the super account) remains. Enter your desired name after the hyphen.
  • Enter the employee's email address. This e-mail address is used exclusively for user registration. It cannot be used as an additional shipping address in another account.
  • Select a role for the subaccount. The following roles are available:
    • Administrator: Full access - except for contract data and user settings (without API)
    • Copywriter: Can create emails, but not send them
    • Email Marketing Manager: Can create and send emails
    • Customer Support: Can search for and edit contacts
    • Website Builder: Has access to login forms, tags and other configurations
    • API User: API only
  • Finally, click on → Create Subaccount.
