Using the Status Monitor in Contact History

This article will help you better understand the status monitor in the contact history.

It provides a clear overview of your contacts' current status and highlights the next action in their journey. You'll also learn what the different status colors mean. These colors show if an action is in progress, planned for the future, or paused.

This helps you better understand your contacts' activity.

Good to Know

For a campaign in the Marketing Cockpit, only the next action is displayed, as the further course, e.g. with an “If...Else...” action, cannot be predicted.

The following types of ads can appear in the history:

ColorDisplay type
greenjust in the execution
bluewill be executed
yellowopen end in the campaign or waits for a necessary condition

When a contact reaches an action that requires a specific condition, the status monitor will display it. For example, an "If...Else..." action might require a field to be filled in, such as a date of birth or another date field.

The green status, "currently being executed," indicates a very brief moment of execution. The blue status represents an action scheduled for the future, which may depend on a "waiting" action.

A yellow status highlights an open-ended situation, such as when no "Finish" action has been set. This helps you identify areas that might need further attention to ensure your campaign flows smoothly.
