Use the “Notification SMS” Action for Targeted Updates

In this guide, you'll learn how to use the “Notification SMS” action to stay connected with your contacts. This feature allows you to send targeted messages directly to their mobile numbers, keeping them engaged and informed.

For example, you can receive a notification when a contact reaches a specific stage in your campaign. This ensures you're always updated and ready to take action when needed.

To use this feature, you'll need an Enterprise account with KlickTipp.

You'll also need a mobile number and an account with a supported SMS provider like Vonage or Twilio to send text messages.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Open your → Campaign in the Marketing Cockpit.
  • Click on the → + Symbol  to insert an action.
  • Select the “Notification SMS” action.
  • Name the action and select a previously created notification. Alternatively, you can also create a new notification via the → Create  button.
  • Enter the mobile number to which the SMS should be sent. Make sure to use the format 0049123456 (with country code and preceding zeros).
  • Finally, click on → Save.
