Access and Prepare the Confirmation Email

  • Go to → Opt-In Processes.
  • Open the editing dialog for the confirmation email.
  • Right-click the first confirmation link in the email.
  • Under → Protocol,  you’ll see the format set to → <Other>
  • In the → URL  field, you'll find the placeholder → %Link%.
  • Type your desired text in the editor and start a new line.
  • From the drop-down menu above the editor, select the placeholder → Confirmation Link.
  • Copy the placeholder from the → URL  field to your clipboard.
  • In the editor, select the text you want to convert into a confirmation link.
  • Click the Link icon in the upper-right corner of the toolbar.
  • Paste the placeholder into the → URL  field and choose → <Other>  from the Protocol menu.
  • Click → OK.

Your text is now properly linked with the placeholder, ensuring that the confirmation link in your email will function as intended.
