Link Your Wufoo Form with KlickTipp

Step-by-Step Instructions

Start Linking Wufoo with KlickTipp

  • Go to the → Listbuilding → New Listbuilding  and click the Wufoo icon.
  • Enter your Wufoo username and API key.
    Note: The Wufoo username is not the email address you use to log in.
    You can find the username under → My Account  in the Wufoo menu.
  • Click on → Continue.

Select and Create Your Wufoo Form

  • Select your Wufoo form from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the → Create Wufoo Form  button.

Map Fields and Transfer Data

  • Scroll to the → Fields  section.
  • Assign the corresponding Wufoo form fields to the KlickTipp fields.
  • Assign a tag for each field.
  • Name the value fields to the right of the fields for the tags.
  • The values are transferred to KlickTipp in the master record of your contact. This happens after the user selects an option in your survey and submits the form.

Did You Know?

The API connection always uses your original Wufoo username. Be sure to use the username displayed in the URL of your Wufoo account settings. This username stays the same, even if you change your login username. Remember, you can only connect Wufoo to KlickTipp using this original username.
