Set Up Lead Cloning in the KlickTipp Affiliate Program
In this article, you will learn how to set up lead cloning in the KlickTipp affiliate program. You can use this feature as an Enterprise customer.
You can use it to build your list by recommending KlickTipp via your affiliate links. Leads, purchases and acquired affiliate partners are imported directly into your Contact Cloud. This allows you to efficiently expand your network and leads.
What is Lead Cloning?
If you are registered for the Affiliate Program and are an Enterprise customer, you can use lead cloning. This feature allows you to build your own list. You recommend KlickTipp via your affiliate links. In return, KlickTipp transfers the data to your Contact Cloud, provided that leads or customers are created.
You can use these contacts to market your services and products, as well as promote affiliate programs from other vendors, benefiting twice over. You receive an affiliate share of KlickTipp sales and gain fresh leads for your list.
Step-by-Step-Instructions
Access and Copy API Keys for Lead Clonin
- Go to → Affiliate Program →Advertising Material.
- Then click on → To your advertising material.
- Select → Lead cloning in the menu on the left.
- The dialog appears where you can assign the API keys for leads, sales and acquired affiliate partners.
- Click on → Leads (API key) and copy the title above the first drop-down menu.
Create and Configure API Keys for Lead Cloning
- Go to → List Building → List Building → New List Building.
- Click on the → API Key tile.
- Paste the contents of your clipboard into the → Name field and click on → Create API Key.
- Do the same with the other API keys for the events under → Leads, → Purchases and → Affiliate Partners.
- Only API keys with single opt-in can be used for lead cloning.
- Select a single opt-in process under → Opt-In Process.
- Finally, click on → Save.
Assign API Keys for Lead Cloning
- Go to → Affiliate Program → Advertising Material.
- Click on → To your advertising material.
- Select → Lead Cloning in the menu on the left.
- The dialog appears where you can assign the API keys for leads, sales and acquired affiliate partners.
- To assign the API key for leads, for example, open the drop-down menu under Leads (API key).
- Select the API key created in the drop-down menu under the event.
- Proceed in the same way for the other events offered.
