Use the “Facebook Audience” Action for Targeted Ads

The “Facebook Audience” action in KlickTipp is used to match your contacts with Facebook. Your segmented contacts in KlickTipp are matched with Custom Audiences on Facebook. If they are active on Facebook, you can place targeted ads for them.

With this feature, only pre-selected contacts are added to your Custom Audience. These contacts have run certain campaigns, for example. This allows you to advertise in a targeted manner on Facebook.

Please create at least one Custom Audience in your Facebook advertising account beforehand.

In KlickTipp, click on → Contacts  Manage contacts  Facebook Audience Sync  Synchronize.  Now your Custom Audiences from Facebook will appear in the dialog in KlickTipp.

Examples

For example, you launch a campaign for prospective customers who have not yet purchased a product from you. Here you use the “Facebook Audience” action right at the start. Set up synchronization with the correct Custom Audience in the campaign. Your contacts tagged as interested parties are then matched with this custom audience.

You launch a campaign only for buyers of product A. You have created a custom audience in Facebook for the same target group. You also use the “Facebook Audience” action here. Set the synchronization with the correct custom audience in the campaign. Only customers who have purchased product A are synchronized with Custom Audience.

In due course, you can also introduce them to product B. If customers of product B were also included, they would possibly see irrelevant content. On Facebook, they would receive ads that are not relevant to them. This saves you time and money.
