Exporting Contacts from KlickTipp: Step-by-Step

Exporting contacts from KlickTipp is simple and efficient. The process is designed to give you full control over your data. Whether you’re managing a large contact database or focusing on a specific segment, KlickTipp helps you export exactly what you need.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Click on → Contacts  in the menu.
  • Select the contacts you want to export. Use the filters according to your needs. If you want to export all contacts at once, simply leave the filters out.
  • Use the checkbox in the top left to select all contacts – regardless of how many appear on the following pages. If you only want to export specific contacts, you can select them individually using the respective checkboxes.
  • Finally, click on → Export Contacts.
  • Remove any unnecessary information from the sections → Digital ID,  → Predefined Fields,  and → Additional Fields.
    To do so, click the gray cross next to the information on the right.
  • Make the desired settings for the CSV file format.
  • Then click on the → Export Contacts  button.
  • The successful export is confirmed with a green message.
  • The email with the link to the CSV file has now been sent to your email address. Click on the → Export File  link to download the CSV file.

Important to Know

To be able to open the link, you must be logged into your KlickTipp account in the same browser.

Also make sure that you have previously added the sender of the email hilfe@klicktipp.com to your address book.
