Step by Step: Create Your Email Signatures

  • In the menu, click → Automation  → Signatures / Sender Profiles  → New Signature.
  • Choose a name for your signature and enter one or more tags for its use
  • The imprint is part of the signature and is already pre-filled with relevant information from your master record using placeholders. Check with your data protection officer if additional information is required, as this may vary by country. Many providers require two contact options in the legal notice, such as a phone number in addition to the email address.
  • Design your signature in the text area above the legal notice using text and images. Copy the HTML content into the text-only area, remembering that HTML links must be written out as plain text there.
  • Finally, click → Create Signature / Sender Profile  to complete the process.

Your new email signature is now available in all dialogs where it can be selected. You can set it as the default for emails and newsletters. Alternatively, you can use → Multiple Sender Profiles in KlickTipp. This allows the signature to be selected automatically based on contact tags.

Tags determine which contacts will use this signature. This helps you personalize your communication and manage it more effectively.
