Confirm Once: Simplify Email Sign-Up

In this article, you'll discover how KlickTipp’s “Confirm Once - Confirm Everywhere” principle works. Once a contact confirms their email address with KlickTipp, they don’t need to confirm it again, even if they sign up for other information or products. This means they won’t receive another confirmation email, even if they sign-up via a different form.

This applies to all opt-in processes in your KlickTipp account. Contacts only need to confirm once that they want to receive emails from you, simply by clicking the confirmation link. We call this principle “Confirmed Once - Confirm Everywhere”.

This feature is especially useful when a visitor signs up for multiple pieces of content. After the initial confirmation, they are redirected to the confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. For subsequent sign-ups, they won’t receive additional confirmation emails and are taken directly to the thank-you page. Unlike many other email marketing providers, KlickTipp ensures that only one confirmation email is sent, no matter how many times a contact signs up.
