How to Change Your Password When Logged In

  • Click on → My account  Settings  Change Password.
  • Enter your current password. Choose a new password and  click on → Use Password.
  • Your password has been changed and you will remain logged in to your account.

Forgot Your Current Password? Change It While Logged In

  • Click on → My Account  Settings  Change Password.
  • Click on → Forgot Password.
  • Click on → Reset Password.
  • You will receive an email with a unique, one-time link. Click on this.
  • Click on the button → Log In and Choose Password.
  • Create a new, secure password. If you wish, you can use a password generator to increase security.
  • Finally, click on → Use Password.
  • You will then be logged in to KlickTipp immediately with the new password.

Reset Your Password When Logged Out

  • Click on → Forgot Password  on the login screen.
  • Enter your user name or your account e-mail address in the field. Click on → Reset Password.
  • You will receive an email with a unique, one-time link. Click on this.
  • Click on the button → Log In and choose password.
  • Set a new, secure password. Use a password generator if necessary. There you can make appropriate security settings. For example, you can require the use of capital letters or special characters.
  • Finally, click on → Use Password.
  • You will then be logged in to KlickTipp immediately with your new password.
