Affiliate Advertising Guidelines and Commission Rules
At KlickTipp, we value our affiliates and aim for a successful partnership. To ensure transparency and fairness, this guide covers our advertising guidelines and commission rules. Follow these tips to maximize your earnings and maintain compliance.
Advertising Guidelines
Affiliate marketing offers both KlickTipp and affiliates a great opportunity to grow together. We want to ensure that all affiliates can take advantage of this opportunity in a fair and equal way.
Important: Advertisements that suggest that KlickTipp itself is advertising will automatically lead to blocking.
We prohibit brand bidding for the following reasons:
- Commission protection: If brand bidding were allowed, visitors could search KlickTipp via search engines and come across brand bidding ads from other affiliates. This would result in the loss of commission for the original affiliate, which is unfair.
- Protection of brand identity: We want to prevent our brand name from being diluted or undesirably displayed in search engines through unauthorized bidding.
- Consistent communication: It is important to us that our customers receive a consistent message about our brand.
- Avoiding confusion: Unauthorized brand bidding can cause confusion for customers searching for our products or services.
Please do not place ads that use our brand name or similar spellings as keywords. Such ads intercept organic search traffic that should be coming directly to our website.
Please do not bid on our brand name or variations of it.
Blocked words (as keywords and in ads) include KlickTipp in all variations, such as:

- Click Tip
- ClickTip
- Click-Tip
- Click Tip
- ClickTip
- Click-Tip
- Click Tip
- ClickTip
- Click-Tip
- Click Tip
Please do not use the KlickTipp brand name in ads or keywords for discount, voucher or coupon websites.
Permitted keywords and ad texts in connection with KlickTipp are, for example:
- KlickTipp Consultant (only if registered as a consultant)
- KlickTipp Test
- KlickTipp - the alternative to "XY"
We monitor ads placed on our trademarked brand names using automated tools. These automated tools disable affiliate tracking for affiliates who violate our Brand Bidding Advertising Guidelines automatically and without notice, so you will not earn commissions through Brand Bidding ads. We use automated tools to monitor ads that are targeted to our trademarked brand name, so you will not earn commissions from brand bidding ads.
Affiliates who violate our Brand Bidding advertising guidelines will have their affiliate tracking automatically disabled without notice. You will therefore not generate any commissions through Brand Bidding ads. We are convinced that through transparent and fair cooperation we can achieve our goals together and realize the full potential of our partnership.

Commission Regulations
When will you receive 25% Lifetime Commission as an Affiliate?
A prospective customer buys a KlickTipp product via your valid affiliate link (always ends with /?a=27522) and was not previously a KlickTipp customer or lead through another affiliate. This is how you generate a valid → cookie-free affiliate link for KlickTipp websites.
Customer Lifetime: If you bring a lead or customer to KlickTipp with your affiliate link, you will receive the commission in the following cases: Interested party comes to the KlickTipp website via your affiliate link and converts within 30 days, i.e. becomes a registered lead.
Prerequisite: The lead is not yet registered with KlickTipp by another affiliate. Prospective customer registers with KlickTipp via your link to the webinar or one of our masterclasses or becomes an affiliate themselves. You will then receive your lifetime commission as soon as they buy a KlickTipp product.
Exceptions: The interested party registers or buys via your affiliate link - but is already registered with KlickTipp but has not been referred by an affiliate. In this case, KlickTipp will give you this lead and the commission.
No commission: If a lead or purchase is made via your affiliate link but has already been referred by another affiliate, you will not receive any commission. However, if you participate in lead cloning, you will receive the lead to continue building your e-mail list.
Note: We reserve the right to split commissions in the future. This means that if, for example, a lead registers for the webinar today via your affiliate link and buys, you will continue to receive the full commission.
If the prospective customer doesn’t buy and is referred again by an affiliate months later and then buys, the commission is split. This means the affiliate who referred the lead initially gets paid, as does the affiliate who referred them again when they purchased. Lifetime commission still applies, but if the lead doesn’t convert after the first referral and only does so through further referrals, the commission may be split.
