How the “A/B test” campaign works

KlickTipp checks if contacts meet the A/B test target using tagging. The test tracks results only during the set time period.

The A/B test counts a contact even if they didn’t go through the test directly. For example, this can happen if a tag is added through another channel.

As long as the A/B test is active, any contact meeting its target criteria will be counted.
